Experienced as a Human Resources executive with a passion for recruitment, policy formulation and leadership development Helen has provided strategic leadership to Boards of Directors, and HR services to a range of different organizations.
Helen Wale is a Certified Executive Coach, credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Helen is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University (UK).
Helen is also licensed to deliver MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) workshops with large and small groups as well as working with individuals to develop their emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments.
